Dragon Age: Origins is the first installment of the Dragon Age series. You create your character, a Grey Warden, and you get to pick their race and class. You become a major part of a war against the demonic forces known as darkspawn. You must travel Ferelden and collect the treaties to form an army. You meet many friends along the way that help you with your journey, and the closer you become, the more they will help in battle.
Here are some of the characters you will meet:
Alistair - another Grey Warden who wants to help fight the darkspawn.
Morrigan - a witch of the wilds who is told to join you in your journey by her mother.
Leliana - a chantry sister who also happens to be a spy.
Sten - a member of the qunari, who you can release from a cage.
Oghren - a dwarf with a love of alchohol and brawling.
Zevran - an elven assassin who is hired to kill you, but fails.
Wynne - a member of the Circle of Magi and an experienced healer.
